About me
Peggy has attended 36 Summits where she’s worked on faculty in the Young Adult, Teen, Jr. Naturalist, and even a few Adult programs. This year she will be co-directing the teens with James Sherrard.A former biology and genetics teacher, she advised an ecology club and Environthon team at one of the D.C. area's top public high schools. She retired from teaching and now works part-time as a naturalist at a wonderful park.Her easiest way to work from her house is via kayak, only ten minutes across the river, rather than a 30 minute drive. She can still hike faster uphill than her husband Dave L.… any time!
