Julie attended her first summit at nine years old in Marquette, Michigan and has participated in nearly every summit since. She joined the staff leading Early Discovery in 2012 and spent seven years as Secretary on the Board. Julie is from Columbus, Ohio but moved to the mountains of North Carolina to attend Appalachian State University where she studied Elementary Education. She and her family currently reside in Greensboro, NC, and are looking forward to seeing everyone in Pipestem!
