About me
My name is Claire Stodola and I'm thrilled to join this year's Junior Naturalist staff. Growing up, the summit experience gave me a deeper understanding and love of the outdoors and a community of friends that could not be replicated elsewhere! Some of my most positive, lasting memories from my adolescence are from the summit - overnight camping trips with the Young Adult program, kayaking in New Brunswick, and rock climbing at Lake George. After majoring in environmental conservation studies at the University of New Hampshire, I worked in environmental and farm-based education for several years with preschool programs, elementary school field trips, and summer day camps. Now I'm a nurse in a continuing care community and a few things I like to do are hiking, skiing, seeing live music, and hosting potlucks. I look forward to returning to Family Nature Summits!
